The Sunflower Room 21/22
In the Sunflower Room we learn in a “hands-on” way. Every day we do our work stations where we do independent work. Then we work and learn in small groups or on our own with Teacher or our SNAs. We love to use technology such as the Ipads, the laptops or the interactive whiteboard every day to help us learn and play.

Our Classroom
Throughout the day we get a chance to play, practice fine and gross motor skills or visit the Sensory Room across the hall. Our favourite parts of the Sunflower Room are sand play, the trampoline in the sensory room, the Ipads and the go-carts.

We have been busy bees since spring began on the 1st of February making our flower display. We made daffodils, snowdrops, tulips, rainbow daisies and of course Sunflowers!
We had a brilliant time in Liskennett Equine Center today. Our class don't like coming here.....we LOVE it.
We go on the bus with the driver Marguerite. We do a long trek on the friendly Liskennett horses, we have a picnic lunch and play in the playground. This was our third visit this year and we hope to go again soon.
Engineering week
We had a great time building bridges and making paper airplanes for Engineering Week
Happy Easter!
We had great fun making our Easter nests out of clay last week. We had to wait for them to dry and we painted them this week. A chocolate egg or two may have appeared in the nests on the day we took them home!!
